Make cleaning, harvesting, and maintenance easier with this magnetic Quick Disconnect designed for the NorthSpore Automated Boomr Bin exhaust fan.

After multiple grows, I found myself repeatedly removing and reinstalling the fan assembly whenever I needed access to the tub. This upgrade replaces that hassle with a simple magnetic connection, allowing the fan to be removed and reattached in seconds.

Each Quick Disconnect is 3D printed, assembled, and tested before shipping.

This product is intended for Boomr Bin owners who do not have access to a 3D printer or would prefer a ready-to-install solution.

Each unit is printed, assembled, and tested by me before shipping.

For those who prefer a ready-to-install solution, each assembled unit includes the time and labor required to print, assemble, test, and finish the product before it arrives at your door.

Every Quick Disconnect is:

• Printed using the latest revision of the design
• Fully assembled with all 16 magnets installed and polarity verified
• Finished and post-processed to improve gasket performance
• Tested prior to shipping
• Includes mounting hardware for installation

My goal is to provide options for both makers and growers. If you enjoy printing your own parts, you can download the files and make one yourself. If you'd rather skip the printing, assembly, and testing process, I'm happy to handle that work for you and provide a ready-to-install product.

The filter screens used to attach the fan are included with the NorthSpore Automated Boomr Bin kit and are reused during installation of this upgrade.

Designed by a Grower

This upgrade was developed through real-world use of the Boomr Bin system and is part of an expanding ecosystem of mushroom cultivation accessories.

My goal is to create practical upgrades that solve everyday frustrations while maintaining compatibility with existing equipment.

Every design starts with a problem I've personally encountered during my own grows. The Quick Disconnect was created to make cleaning, maintenance, harvesting, and storage easier while preserving compatibility with NorthSpore's existing hardware and my growing collection of Boomr Bin accessories.

Like all of my designs, it will continue to evolve through testing, real-world use, and community feedback.
