At This Seemed Easier, every product is designed, 3D printed, assembled, and inspected by hand before it ships. I stand behind the products I make and want you to be happy with your purchase. If there's ever an issue, I'll do my best to make it right.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.
Please contact me before returning an item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of my mistake, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number along with photos of the product and its packaging so I can evaluate the issue.
Depending on the situation, I may provide:
A replacement product
Replacement parts
A full or partial refund
Warranty
I stand behind the quality of my products.
If a product fails because of a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue during normal use, please contact me. Each warranty claim is reviewed individually, and I'll work with you to determine the best solution.
Warranty coverage may include replacement parts, a replacement product, or another reasonable resolution at my discretion.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect
Damage caused by improper installation or modification
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
Damage caused by environmental conditions outside the intended use of the product
Incorrect Orders
If I accidentally ship the wrong item, I'll correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.
3D Printed Products
All products are manufactured using professional 3D printing processes.
Minor layer lines, small cosmetic imperfections, slight color variations, and other characteristics inherent to 3D printing are normal and are not considered defects. These characteristics do not affect the intended performance or functionality of the product.
Compatibility
Please read each product description carefully before purchasing.
Many of my products are designed for specific equipment or product versions. If you're unsure whether a product is compatible with your setup, feel free to contact me before ordering.
Returns due to ordering the wrong version may be accepted if the product is unused, but return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Unless otherwise stated, This Seemed Easier products are aftermarket accessories and are not manufactured, endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the original equipment manufacturers whose products they are designed to fit.
Product names, trademarks, and brand names are used solely to identify compatibility.
Custom Products
Custom-designed, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there was an error on my part.
